Consultation on these documents will open on 15 August 2012 at 9.00am and close on 12 September 2012 at 9.00am. NICE would like to receive comments on these documents from anyone who has an interest in the technology or the area of treatment in general.
Comments should be made via the website or e-mailed to MT154exogen@nice.org.uk (or faxed to 020 7061 9828). Comments not made via the website should be submitted using the consultation comment form below.
